Back pain can cause a person to be disrupted activity. Because pain in the back area feels that the whole body. Here are tips that can be done to prevent back pain:
- Try to position your body in balance, in the sense that the body is always positioned properly on a particular posture.
- Do a light exercise, to strengthen the muscles in the back and abdomen.
- Drinking water is sufficient at the time before and after exercise.
- Immediately stop activities when feel there pain in the back.
- Avoid eating excessive portions.
- Try moving the body to remain active, so that the muscles in the body does not become stiff and tense.
- Expand consume fruits and vegetables.
