Preventing back pain

Back pain can cause a person to be disrupted activity. Because pain in the back area feels that the whole body. Here are tips that can be done to prevent back pain:
  • Try to position your body in balance, in the sense that the body is always positioned properly on a particular posture.
  • Do a light exercise, to strengthen the muscles in the back and abdomen.
  • Drinking water is sufficient at the time before and after exercise.
  • Immediately stop activities when feel there pain in the back.
  • Avoid eating excessive portions.
  • Try moving the body to remain active, so that the muscles in the body does not become stiff and tense.
  • Expand consume fruits and vegetables.
