Tips for overcoming palpitations

If you often experience palpitations, although there was not anything that surprised you, it is not fair. However there are health disorder in your heart. Therefore, care is needed to maintain your heart health is.

1st health care
The trick is to get 1.5 to 3 grams of lotus seeds. Then the beans are boiled into a glass of water (approximately 250 ml), until boiling. After that lift from the heater, and allow it to become warm. Drinking potions are two times daily, to prevent palpitations.

2nd health care
The second way is to prepare four purslane plant stems, half a glass of hot water, and 1 tablespoon of honey. The first step is to wash out the purslane plants, then grow until smooth. Then pour boiling hot water with half a glass, mixed with honey, then stir until evenly distributed. Drink 2 times a day when warm. Potions are also quite effective for preventing palpitations.
